Hook Drive Extension

The Village of Round Lake Beach has received STP funding for the extension of Hook Drive from Orchard Lane to Nicole Lane. This extension aligns with the 2020 Village Comprehensive Plan. Currently, the project is under final review by Illinois Department of Transportation with bidding expected to take place in late summer 2024, followed by construction in 2024-2025.

To prepare for the road extension, it's necessary to remove shrubs and trees within the Village Right-of-Way before April 2024.

Clean Cut Tree Services, Inc. has been scheduled to commence this removal project in advance of the forthcoming road work, contingent upon weather conditions.
